    A man from Wilkes-Barre was jailed after township police allegedly found heroin and cash inside his vehicle during a traffic stop on Fellows Avenue late Tuesday night. Police allege they found 90 heroin packets, $360 cash and a cell phone in the car allegedly driven by Abdullah Khairi, 20, of Jones Street, at about 11:56 p.m. Khairi was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and failing to obey a stop sign.
