    When a convicted sex offender allegedly exposed himself to a Hazleton child on Oct. 3, the child's father followed the suspect's vehicle for about 15 miles through two counties while using his cellphone to keep the Luzerne County 911 Center informed all the way. The suspect, Blaine Alan Arner, 53, of Penn Drive, Tamaqua, was sent to Luzerne County Correctional Facility on Wednesday to await a court hearing on indecent exposure charges after allegedly exposing himself to a 4-year-old girl in Hazleton.
